What is Mental Health?
Mental health refers to our psychological and emotional well-being. Similarly to physical health, we all have it, and how we look after our mental health can greatly affect our life in a positive or negative way. In many ways, mental health is just as important as physical health, as poor mental health can have drastic effects on your life.

You may have a mental health problem if you feel emotionally drained or low for more days than not, have trouble dealing with life, or have little to no interest in most activities. Mental health problems are very common and something most people will experience in their lives, with some experiencing them more than, and differently than others and to varying levels of severity.
